Our 30-minute, 3-day-a-week format is precision-engineered for boys ages 10–14. We eliminate downtime to keep them moving, engaged, and excited. This fast-paced methodology maximizes athletic gains while ensuring they leave energized, never exhausted.

We know sending your son to a new training program is a big decision. Our top priority is creating a safe, highly-supervised environment where boys ages 10-14 can build lasting confidence, learn proper mechanics, and actually have fun: no intimidating gym culture allowed. Is my son too young to be lifting weights?

Absolutely not. At ages 10-14, our focus is entirely on age-appropriate mechanics, bodyweight control, mobility, and foundational strength. We never push heavy weights; instead, we teach them how to move safely and confidently with flawless form.

What if he isn't naturally athletic or hasn't played sports?

Then he is in the perfect place! Fit Avenue is a strict zero-intimidation zone. We meet every young man exactly where he is, focusing on his personal progress and providing positive mentorship rather than elite-level competition.

Are the trainers certified to work with kids?

Yes. All sessions are led by our certified, expert trainers who specialize in youth athletic development. They aren't just drill sergeants: they are positive, encouraging mentors dedicated to building up your son's confidence.

How large are the training groups?

We maintain a strict small-group environment for all our summer camps. This ensures your son gets the individualized attention, cueing, and supervision he needs to train safely and effectively.

What happens if we have to miss a session for a family trip?

We understand summer is busy! Because our 30-minute sessions run three days a week, the program is designed to be highly effective even if a few days are missed. Talk to our staff about your schedule and we can help you pick the best camp weeks.

What should he bring to camp?

Just comfortable athletic clothes, clean sneakers, and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment, structure, and motivation he needs for a fast-paced, 30-minute workout.
